How It Works
Step 1: Download the 1:1 Coaching Guide
Start by downloading my 1:1 Coaching guide. It explains my coaching methodology, what’s included in the program, and the financial investment required.
Step 2: Complete Your Application
Fill out the application to share details about your goals, challenges, and current routines. This ensures I understand your needs and can determine if we’re a good fit for coaching.
Step 3: Get Set Up on the App & Begin Initial Assessments
Once you’re onboarded, I’ll set you up on the Firefighter Strength Coach app. We’ll evaluate your starting point through assessments tailored to your specific goals, whether it’s strength, mobility, or recovery.
Step 4: Receive an Outline of Your Game Plan
Based on your goals and assessments, I’ll create a personalized game plan that outlines the steps we’ll take to help you succeed. This plan serves as a roadmap to guide your progress.
Step 5: Get to Work & Progress
With your game plan in hand, you’ll start implementing your program. I’ll be there with ongoing support and weekly check-ins to ensure you’re staying on track and making meaningful progress.
Step 6: Reassess & Refine Your Plan
As you progress, we’ll reassess your performance and refine your program to keep you moving toward your goals. Adjustments will be made as needed to ensure continued success.

Video Analysis
I’ll provide feedback on your movement patterns through video analysis, helping you optimize your form for safety, performance, and efficiency.
Holistic Approach
This isn’t just about workouts. Together, we’ll focus on improving your nutrition, sleep, and mindset to ensure you’re building a foundation for long-term health and performance.
Ongoing Support
You’ll have direct access to me through the Firefighter Strength Coach app. Whether it’s text, voice, or video messaging, I’ll be there to answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate your wins in real time.
Accountability
Weekly check-ins help keep you on track, provide opportunities for adjustments, and ensure your program evolves with your progress.
FSA/HSA Eligible
My coaching is eligible for reimbursement through your FSA or HSA account, making it a smart investment in your health and career longevity.
