Back in Service  is a 12-week strength and conditioning program designed to help firefighters with low back pain take control of their health. With five days a week of focused training, this program lays the groundwork for a strong, pain-free back that can handle the demands of your career. It’s about building the confidence and resilience you need to stay in service for the long haul.
