Power Hours are 1 hour consultation call that serves as an opportunity for coach Vanessa to review your current protocols (training, nutrition, sleep, etc), your health and injury history, and make recommendations to help you reach
Power ours are great for people looking to meet with an educated professional 1:1 to receive personal guidelines and recommendations on how to proceed with their health and performance goals. Power Hours are best for people who don’t need or want ongoing 1:1 coaching (IE: weekly check ins, daily accountability, biofeedback checks, etc) or customized programming.
Power Hours also serve as a great guide as to whether or not you may need more comprehensive / on-going coaching in the future. Power Hours can be great for former clients who wish to occasionally consult with Coach Vanessa regarding protocols and adjustments.
You'll schedule a time within Coach Vanessa's availability that work for you. These are video calls via google meet, so you'll just need access to the internet.
Upon purchasing & scheduling your initial power hour, you'll receive an extensive questionnaire via email that will go over your current health & performance metrics, goals, injury history, current protocols for training, nutrition, and sleep. This is a length questionnaire so Vanessa can get the best picture where you currently are and how it relates to your goals.
You and Coach Vanessa will hop on a 1 hour call to go over the answers of your questionnaire, asking any clarifying questions, and discussing recommentations and guidelines on how to proceed towards your goals. These recommendations / guidelines may include, but are not limited to each of the 5 pillars of health & performance:
A couple days after your call with Coach Vanessa, you will receive a written summary of everything that was discussed during your Power Hour along with the recording of the call. It will outline the recommendations & guidelines covered and may include additional resources
*This consultation does NOT include "ongoing" coaching. Please understand that your Power Hour purchase covers questionnaire review, a one our call (including program review, personal adjustments, professional recommendations, and an opportunity for Q&A, and post-call documentation. Further questions or follow up modifications would require an additional Power Hour (OR may be a good indication that 1:1 coaching is the best next step).
Follow ups mimic the same general format as initial Power Hours. It is recommended that you schedule a follow up at least 4 weeks from your last Power Hour.
After purchase and scheduling of a follow up, you'll be asked to fill out the follow up questionnaire. It isn't as lengthy as the initial one, but focuses on asking about changes since your last call.
Follow up calls also include post-call documentation.
Once a power hours is scheduled, 48 hour notice must be given for cancelation with full refund. Due to the extensive nature of the questionnaire and time it take to review and plan for calls, if cancelation if within 48 hours of scheduled Power Hour, only 70% of the purchase price is eligible for refund.
No refunds will be granted for power hours that were scheduled and un-attended by the purchases. It is NOT recommended that you schedule while on shift, since you might catch a call!

These calls mimic the same flow, but specifically focus on the changes implement since last call & adjustments moving forward.
